Dear Mr. Lindstrom,

The news that you are discontinuing articles about the Coleco ADAM was announced by Faye Deere at ADAMCON 01. This news seemed very contradictory, since a number of people attending the convention had heard about it from reading your magazine. The Computer Shopper is the only national exposure that the ADAM receives. It has helped build the ADAM community to the highest level ever.

We do appreciated the past coverage, as we need a national forum. What we have is a growing group of loyal computer users. We have found that ADAM owners are also a loyal group of buyers. Your magazine is available at all of our user group meetings. The articles are discussed and those who have not seen your magazine will pick it up and read it. And order from your advertisers. American Design Components, M.E.I. Microcenter, Disks and Labels to Go, just to name a few. We buy disks, disk drives, printers, disk organizers, etc. All because the Computer Shopper was at the meeting. If the ADAM articles were not in the magazine, we would not buy it in the first place.

We ask that you reconsider the decision to carry the fine articles by Faye and Paul.

                                        Sincerely,
